Rosendorff staff were friendly and helpful. The communication was regular and informative. I needed to have my 40yr engagement ring repaired. Their fees were reasonable. My ring is back to perfect. I am so happy with the service

Ashling and Nikki were very professional and helpful in assisting me to choose a diamond bracelet. They thoroughly explained the differences between the settings, diamond characteristics and I was able to try on bracelets in either white gold or yellow gold. They were patient and friendly without being pushy. I can confidently recommend Rosendorff Jewellers.

Ashley went to great lengths to ensure I received the product I wanted by having a pair specially made by their jeweller in such a short time. Well done!! Dealing with Anja today has been a wonderful experience! She is so helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease since I am purchasing online from Sydney without seeing the items in person. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Anja. She was very accomodating and quickly gave me a few options to look at based on my request. After seeing a few pieces I took her card and a quote and left to sleep on it. I came back the next day and decided to buy one of the pieces she had advised, which was a beautiful gold, Diamond Necklace. I was given a very fair price and had an enjoyable chat with her. I will be back to buy my wedding rings in the near future.
